Terms and Conditions:
Net 30 days. A 15% commission will be paid to recognized advertising agencies only when they perform all regular agency functions, including furnishing press-ready display ads and accepting payment responsibility for ad placements. TravelMaps is entitled to late charges, reasonable attorney and collection fees on past due accounts. Verbal and written orders for advertising are subject to the terms and conditions stated in this media kit. All advertising and positioning is subject to TravelMaps approval. TravelMaps reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement. Advertisers indemnify TravelMaps against liability, loss or expense as a result of claims or suits based on advertisement content. Preferred Position ads are surcharged 20% of the ad rate. Preferred Position ads and Exclusive contracts are non-cancelable.
